How to Switch Boxes

	Tea Runners Original Box Our flagship box contains all kinds of tea, including pure teas, blended/flavored teas, and herbal teas. Great for discovering all kinds of teas and building a diverse pantry of teas.
	All-Black Tea Box The name says it all. This box contains only black teas, including pure black teas and blended/flavored black teas.
	Herbal Box All herbal teas, all caffeine-free. Rooibos blends, chamomiles, peppermints, honeybush, and more. If you love to relax with your tea in the evening, this is the box for you.
	Pure Tea Box The highest quality pure teas only - no blends, no flavors, no herbals. A very high quality box of teas for those who love to taste all of nature's goodness in a cup.

How to Switch Boxes

If you've signed up to one box and want to switch to a different box, you can do so in your My Account section. 

Please note switching boxes will only take effect at your next renewal date, NOT your next shipment. For example, if you have 2 boxes remaining on your current renewal cycle and you switch to a different box, those 2 boxes will not change. 

If you would like to switch boxes before your next renewal date, simply fill out this form and we will take care of it for you. 

The Pure Tea Box is priced differently, so you cannot switch to this box before your next renewal date.

Are You a Gift Recipient? 

Gift recipients do not have their own accounts -- the owner of the account is the gift purchaser.
