Imperial Grade Laoshan Black is the high end version of our very popular Classic Laoshan Black. This tea has been painstakingly grown under the cover of a protected greenhouse before having its leaves unleashed to the early spring sunlight. Lacking the white pekoe hairs that give other black teas their reddish gold color, this rich tea brews to a dark caramel hue.
