Each box contains 4 pouches of loose leaf tea with about 0.8 oz (23 g) of tea per pouch. That's enough to make about 30-40 cups. You can add an optional 5th tea as well.
We know it is important that your gift recipient receives teas they are going to enjoy, that's why we've developed a fully customizable tea subscription.
On December 25th, your recipient will receive an email notifying them of their gift and who it's from. They will be invited to create an account and customize their first tea box, which will be shipped in early January.
Customization for subsequent boxes is available from the 25th of each month until the last day of the month. For example:
- Your February box can be customized from January 25th to January 31st.
- Your March box can be customized from February 25th to February 29th.
- And so on...
If customizations are not submitted by the end of the month, we will ship our expertly curated tea selections for the subscription box you're subscribed to.
No. Your gift subscription is a one-time purchase and will expire after all the boxes are delivered.
You will be presented with the opportunity to keep it going, but it will not renew automatically.
All our gift subscriptions are built on Shopify's subscription API, and Shopify may ask you to agree to a subscription on checkout, but our gift subscriptions areĀ one-time purchases for a preset number of boxes and they will not renew.
Christmas Gift Subscriptions are special because your recipient can customize their first box.
Normal gift subscriptions only differ in 2 ways:
- You can schedule your gift for any day and time you choose.
- The first box is customized by the buyer on checkout. The recipient can customize the second box onward.
Monthly boxes are shipped around the 5th of the month.
In the United States, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipments usually arrive anywhere within 3-4 days of being shipped.
In Canada, we ship via Canada Post Lettermail, which can take 10-14 days to arrive.
Subscriptions always ship for free.
