Jin Jun Mei, which literally translates to “golden horse eyebrow”, is considered one of the most prestigious teas in China. Two small shoots are hand plucked from the plants stem within a very short window of time during early spring. It is then fully oxidized and produces a sweet fruity red cup with a long-lasting flavor.
This high-grade Jin Jun Mei is delicate for a black tea and should not be overheated or over-steeped.
