Grown at 1000 meters in the Phoenix Mountains, the leaves of this tea are shrouded in clouds until late morning, when they’re basked in the hot sun for the rest of the afternoon. It brews with springy notes of tangy peach nectar, all at once refreshing and velvety rich on the palate.

This is a traditional roasted Yancha tea, also known by its Chinese name Da Hong Pao. Proper Yancha should be a perfect harmony of minerality with a honey sweetness, a roasted nuttiness, and finished with a floral elegance.
This one doesn’t disappoint. An earthy tea with a great balance.

This juicy and full-bodied herbal blend is like biting into a roasted and caramelized plum. A touch of spice is added with cinnamon and licorice root, pleasantly enhanced with the scent of sweet hibiscus flower.
Try this tea in a mulled wine recipe, or serve it over ice on a gorgeous sunny day.
You can taste and see the plum and you can definitely taste the cinnamon. The look of the tea is beautiful. This is what I look for in an herbal tea. Flavorful and beautiful.

Awesome Iced
I'll be honest, I did not have high hopes for this tea when I had it hot. I iced it down and fell in love with it. I really loved the spiciness of the cinnamon with the floral.
