This premium small-leaf varietal was picked in the first flush of spring 2020 high up in the mountains of Simao county.
Its distinct umami taste brings a delicious richness to the lingering vegetal notes, and it’s one of the most well-rounded green teas we’ve come across. We recommend steeping it in a clear pot to fully enjoy how its leaves line up vertically as it steeps.
